Scope of Work:

Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for the supply of:

• N.1 new bay for grid connection (revamping)
• N.1 new bay for the connection of a new cogeneration plant (extension)
• Complete renovation of the entire protection and control system for 5 bay AIS substation
• Revamping of MV relays for the integration in the new system and the implementation of coordinated logics and protection functions
• N.6 RTU remote system to monitor and control three different FV plants and three cogenerators

Project Overview:

The project required complex planning and execution to minimize disruption to ongoing plant operations. Activities were carefully phased to reduce outage durations while ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Particular attention was given to integrating new systems within an existing live substation and coordinating multiple workstreams across grid, cogeneration, and photovoltaic assets.

Through detailed scheduling and close coordination with the customer, high service continuity was maintained and production losses were kept to a minimum.
