Project Overview

Deployment of a 132 kV SCRI (Rapid Installation Compact Substation) mobile unit to ensure power continuity for the Montebello Vicentino railway station, temporarily bypassing the existing RFI substation and upgrading control systems to Terna standards.
The project was characterized by significant logistical challenges, including the transport and installation of the mobile substation in a constrained environment, as well as complex modifications to protection and control systems required for full compliance with Terna specifications.
